FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SNOW LAST?

A: It will depend on the weather and the temperature. The snow is made from ice processed through a special machine. Snow begins to melt at a temperature of 32 degrees and the warmer it is, the faster it will melt. Therefore, when scheduling snow, consider the temperature, weather forecast, and how many people will be playing in it. If there is a large crowd, the snow will disappear quicker compared to a smaller group of people playing in the snow. All of these factors should be considered when making your snow appointment.

Q: CAN YOU MAKE SNOW ANYWHERE?

A: When you call to set up your snow appointment, we will schedule a time to meet with you at the location to determine if there are any reasons or factors which would cause us not to be able to create snow.

Q: WILL THE SNOW HURT THE GRASS?

A: No. Snow is frozen water. Since it melts slowly, it will actually help the grass by watering it as it melts.

Q: HOW MUCH SNOW DO I NEED?

A: It depends on what you would like your end results to be. Do you want a small area that has deep snow? Or do
you want a larger area that isn't as deep? Or a combination of both? During the consultation, we will take a
lookat the area for the snow and discuss pricing which is based on the depth and size of the area to be used.

Q: HOW MUCH CAN I BUY?

A: As much as you want. Of course, we can discuss this during our consultation and it will be dependent on the
number of appointments already scheduled for that day because the more snow ordered, the longer it takes
to blow onto the designated area.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

A: 2 tons

Q: WHAT IF IT RAINS?

A: We obviously can't control the weather, but would ask that you keep an eye on the weather and contact us if
you decide that the weather is not going to cooperate with your plans for snow.
